Shipping & Returns
All orders include a unique tracking number and e-mail confirmation.
Currently, we only ship within the U.S. and all U.S. orders ship for free.
If product arrives damaged, please send your order number and photos of damages to email@example.com, where it will be reviewed by a team member. After damaged product is returned, a full refund or replacement product will be issued.
Unworn products may be returned within 15 days of purchase. Return shipping is not provided by LOWLOW NYC. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and we'll help you complete your return!
